Our Appraisers

Rick Phillips is the chief appraiser at this appraisal firm.

Our Story

Rick entered the appraisal field back in 2003 after receiving an underwhelming appraisal during a refinance transaction.  He knew there had to be a better way.  He found a great mentor and worked as an Appraiser Trainee over the next four years.  He became a Licensed Appraiser in 2007 and a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2008.  He went on to receive the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2010. Recently, he attained a second designation, the AI-RRS, in the field of appraisal review. Today, Rick runs Appraisals Guaranteed with the help of an assistant and three trainees.
