Who We Are
We value real estate using established and recognized economic principles, and we write our reports clearly, supporting them with relevant market data. We employ the highest level of professional ethics. Most importantly, we listen to our clients.
Our Appraisers
Rick Phillips is the chief appraiser at this appraisal firm.
Our Story
Rick entered the appraisal profession in 2004 after a disappointing refinance experience revealed to him the need for higher standards in the field. Guided by a skilled mentor, he spent three years as a trainee before earning his Licensed Appraiser credential in 2007 and achieving Certified Residential Appraiser status in 2008.
In 2010, Rick was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, a recognition of advanced competence in residential appraisal. More recently, he attained the AI-RRS designation, specializing in appraisal review.
Today, Rick leads Appraisals Guaranteed, supported by an assistant and three trainees, continuing his commitment to quality and professional growth in the industry.
