* Our appraisers will treat your clients as you would yourself. An impolite appraiser can make your borrower uncomfortable or even ruin your entire deal. Our appraisers promise to be professional at all times in front of your clients--saving any personal comments or "bad news" for YOU to deliver as you see fit.
* Appraisal reports will be delivered on time. Sometimes a deal is delayed because of a slow appraiser. We understand that you need your report quickly, and we do just that.
* We will make every attempt to make your appraisal useful. Obviously we cannot report false home values or overlook obvious damage. We can, however, seek out pending sales, and notify you if a closing on the horizon could affect your report. We will also give you a heads up with regard to any negative findings so that you can use the time to correct any problems.
It's really no fun to receive an appraisal a week before the closing and find out that two weeks worth of repairs are going to be needed first.
