Appraisals Guaranteed - Serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
Thanks for visiting the best residential appraisal firm in Northern Virginia!
Rick Phillips, the president of Appraisals Guaranteed, has lived in Virginia since 1982. He came to Fairfax in 1986, to attend George Mason University. After graduating, he moved to Falls Church, then Arlington, and later Old Town, Alexandria.
He has seen the Washington, DC (and surrounding "metro area") market rise to very high levels. He has also seen the harder times, particularly in the regions further out (like Stafford, Dale City, Manassas, and Woodbridge).
Rick is a certified residential appraiser, and he's been licensed since 2007. He is on the panel of appraisers allowed to perform appraisals for FHA mortgages. He also has his real estate sales license.
Among his highest achievements in the real estate field, he received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. What this means is that he knows how to share the basic information (of what a property is worth) in a manner that is logical and easy to follow.
If you require any valuations assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
